Is it an auto-renewing subscription? How do I cancel?
No. Every plan is a one-time payment for a perpetual license. There's no auto-billing, recurring charge or subscription renewal, and since we don't store your payment details, there's nothing to cancel.
Can it be used with all games?
It isn't built for any one game. Instead, it works by changing Windows system settings. It doesn't modify game files or memory, and it's compatible with BattlEye, Easy Anti-Cheat and VAC.
Can I get a refund?
You can request a refund as long as you haven't launched the program since purchase, because the first launch registers your HWID (Hardware ID). Email [email protected], and see the Terms of Service for full conditions.
Can I use it on multiple PCs?
One PC per account. The first time you run it, that PC's Hardware ID (HWID) is registered to your account, and you can use it on that PC with no usage limit. While a Lutimize Pass is active, you can use it on up to 3 PCs.
Does it conflict with antivirus software?
It works normally with most antivirus software. Because it changes the registry, some antivirus programs may flag it as a false positive. If that happens, add Lutimize to your antivirus's exclusion (trusted) list.
Which operating systems are supported?
Windows 10 and 11 (64-bit) are supported (Windows 10 version 1903 or later recommended). 32-bit systems, Windows 7/8/8.1, macOS and Linux aren't supported, and administrator rights are required to apply optimizations.
